One dedicated grandmother who has read to all the kindergarten and 1st grade classes at a local Richmond CA elementary school.

A recently laid-off Sutter Health employee of 38 years who has read to three kindergarten classes in South San Francisco, including her granddaughter's class.

Three full-time Kaiser Permanente employees from Oakland and Richmond who have helped at Macy's Community Day and the El Sobrante Stroll for four consecutive years.

A Honda of Concord employee who has volunteered with transportation and setting up for the El Sobrante Stroll.
